Cream Cheese Surprises - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    32 small pimento-stuffed olives
    1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cut cold cream cheese in 32 equal pieces.
    Grease hands and flatten cubes with thumb, then wrap each around an olive.
    Roll in hands to make a smooth ball, then roll in nuts.
    Chill before serving.
