Biscuits And Sausage Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans baked biscuits
    1 lb. pork or turkey sausage, cooked, crumbled and drained
    1 stick margarine
    1 qt. milk
    1/4 tsp. coarse pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. flour
Preparation
    In large skillet, brown and crumble sausage; drain.
    Set aside.
    Melt margarine on medium heat.
    Add flour, salt and pepper.
    Stirring constantly, start pouring milk.
    Keep pouring until desired consistency is achieved.
    Add sausage.
    Serve over biscuits.
    Serves 6 to 8.
