7-Up Batter For Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. dry pancake mix
8 oz. 7-Up

Preparation

Cover fish which have been dipped in water in 1 cup of the dry pancake mix.
Let set for 20 minutes.
Dip fish into 7-Up and 1 cup of the pancake mix.
Deep fry.
