Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. spinach, chopped, cooked and drained
    2 c. croutons
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 stick butter, melted
    4 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (walnuts, pecans, sunflower seeds)
    1 tsp. parsley, fennel and thyme parsley patch
    1/2 c. celery
    6 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Mix all together. Roll into 3/4-inch balls. Bake on oiled cookie sheets at 325\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
