Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. butter
    1 c. brown sugar
    sliced pineapple
    3 eggs, separated
    maraschino cherries (optional)
    1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)
    crushed pineapple (if preferred)
    1 c. white sugar
    5 Tbsp. pineapple juice
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet.
    Add brown sugar and spread evenly over bottom.
    Lay a complete wheel of pineapple in the center with maraschino cherry in the center of pineapple.
    Place half wheels around with pecans between.
