Frozen Puddingwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cold skim milk
    1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
    1 small pkg. instant chocolate pudding
    24 graham crackers
Preparation
    Add milk gradually to peanut butter in deep narrow bowl, blending until smooth.
    Add pudding mix.
    Beat slowly with hand beater or at lowest speed of electric mixer for 2 minutes or until well blended.
    Spread filling 1/2-inch thick on 12 of the crackers.
    Wrap and freeze until firm, about 2 hours.
