Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1/2 c. butter (1 stick)
    2 2/3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    7 or 8 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    Mix flour and salt in shortening.
    Use two knives until particles are of small peas.
    Sprinkle in water, one tablespoon at a time, tossing with fork until all flour is moistened.
    One to 2 teaspoons of water can be added if necessary.
    Roll pastry into halves and shape into 2 rounds.
    Prebake the shell slightly about 7 to 10 minutes.
