Hot Texas Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger
2/3 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. crushed red pepper
1 Tbsp. granulated garlic powder
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. paprika
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 c. flour
1 Tbsp. m.s.g.
1 qt. water
Preparation

Braise hamburger; when half done add onion, crushed red pepper, garlic and sugar.
When onions are brown, add paprika, salt, cumin, cayenne pepper, flour, m.s.g. (this stuff is pure protein, use it) and

quart water.
Simmer in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
