Ingredients

2 c. salt
2/3 c. water
1 c. cornstarch
1/2 c. cold water
Preparation

Mix salt and 2/3 cup water together.
Stir over heat 3 to 4 minutes.
Remove from heat and add cornstarch and 1/2 cup cold water; stir until smooth.
If it's runny, keep cooking until it congeals.
