Broccoli-Cauliflower Casserole - cooking recipe

1 (10 oz.) pkg. broccoli
1 (10 oz.) pkg. cauliflower
1 stick butter
1 small onion
2 c. uncooked Minute rice (7 oz. box)
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can water
8 oz. grated cheese (2 c. Longhorn/Cheddar)
Preparation

Thaw the broccoli and cauliflower and separate. Melt the butter. Cook the onion with the butter. Mix vegetables together. Add the rice, soups, water and cheese. Bake, covered, at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour. Uncover slightly to brown.
