Baked Ziti With Veggies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. ribbed ziti or other tube shaped pasta
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 large carrots, peeled and sliced
    2 c. broccoli florets
    1 large green pepper, diced
    1 garlic clove, crushed
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Prepare pasta as label directs; drain.
    Meanwhile, in 12-inch skillet over medium heat in hot oil, cook carrots, broccoli and green pepper 5 minutes.
    Add garlic, salt and pepper; cook 5 minutes longer or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Grease 2-quart casserole dish.
    In large bowl, toss cooked vegetables with pasta and cheeses.
    Spoon into prepared casserole dish.
    Bake 30 minutes or until mixture is hot and bubbly.
