Easy Creamed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 frying chicken (about 3 lb.), cooked
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 (2 oz.) jar pimento
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. chopped green pepper
Preparation
    Remove skin and bones from chicken; dice.
    Saute celery, green pepper and onion in butter in a heavy skillet.
    Add chicken and remaining ingredients; mix thoroughly.
    Cook on low heat, stirring frequently, for 30 minutes. Serve on rice or noodles.
