Low-Fat Chicken "Fingers" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in thin strips (about 4 per breast)
    skim milk
    1 c. corn flakes, crushed (measure after crushing)
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. Greek seasoning
Preparation
    Soak chicken strips in skim milk for 3 minutes.
    Combine next 3 ingredients and roll chicken in crumbs.
    Spray a baking sheet with Pam and lay strips, without touching each other, on sheet. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
