Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. baking powder
    1 egg
    almost 1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Make a well in flour and add egg and rest of ingredients and mix well.
    Dough will be stiff and, using quite a bit of flour on board, roll out dough.
    Cut into squares and let set for 20 minutes with plenty of flour before slicing thin with sharp knife. Dry for 1 hour, if desired, or may cook immediately in broth.
