Swedish Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. butter (not margarine)
    1 c. oil
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream first 4 ingredients; add eggs and vanilla and mix well. Add last 3 ingredients and mix well; chill.
    When ready to bake, roll into walnut size balls and flatten with the bottom of a glass dipped in sugar; a heavy glass with a patterned bottom works well. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
