Linguine With Herbed Shrimp(Yield: 4-6 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. medium Shrimp, peeled & deveined
    1/2 cup Extra-Virgin Olive Oil, divided
    Bunch Fresh Thyme or 1 tsp. Dried Thyme
    Large handful Chopped Italian Parsley
    1 large or 2 small Bay Leaves
    3 Garlic Cloves, peeled and chopped
    1 (28 oz.) can Imported Italian Tomatoes, drained
    Salt & freshly ground pepper to taste
    1 pound linguine
Preparation
    1. Cook the shrimp in 1/4 cup olive oil in a medium saucepan with the thyme, parsley, bay leaves, salt and pepper.
    Cook just until shrimp turns pink and is slightly firm.
