Spaghetti Chop Suey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. spaghetti
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 green pepper, chopped
    2 onions, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 can tomatoes
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 lb. round ground steak
Preparation
    Cook spaghetti as directed on package.
    Melt butter in a frying pan and add green pepper, onions and celery.
    Cook slowly for 15 minutes.
    Stir a few times; add tomatoes, salt, sugar and pepper.
    Continue cooking until slightly thick; add drained spaghetti and continue cooking for 20 minutes.
    Cook steak until crumbly and slightly brown.
    Spread on top of spaghetti mixture.
