Low-Fat Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. yogurt
    2 egg whites
    1/4 c. skim milk
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 c. walnuts (optional)
    1/4 c. golden raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Combine ingredients and fill paper-lined muffin tin cups 1/2 full.
    Bake 14 to 16 minutes or until golden brown.
