Diet Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 egg whites
1/2 c. minus 1 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 C. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Sweet & Low
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ginger
2 c. cooked or canned pumpkin
1 20oz. can Milnot evaporated milk
Preparation

Beat egg whites until just foamy.
Add pumpkin; beat till well mixed.
Add sugars, sweetner, spices, salt, and Milnot.
Mix well. Pour in 9-inch unbaked low fat pie crust.
Bake 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes then 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and outside comes out clean.
Cool.
Serve with low fat whipped topping.
