Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 c. sugar
1 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
4 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. water
1 c. oil
2 c. pumpkin (canned)
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. raisins
Preparation

In large bowl, mix all dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg).
In a separate bowl, mix eggs, water, oil and pumpkin.
Add pumpkin mixture to flour mixture; blend well.
Add walnuts and raisins.
Grease and flour 2 bread loaf pans or prepare for cupcakes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
