Delicious Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 medium potatoes
1/2 c. sour cream
3 slices Swiss cheese, shredded
salt and pepper to taste
3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Boil the potatoes and beat only with fork so that they are lumpy. Add the sour cream, Swiss cheese, salt, pepper and butter. Scoop into a 9 x 9-inch casserole dish. Sprinkle with paprika and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
