Cream Of Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. zucchini, washed and sliced
3/4 c. water
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. basil
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
3 Tbsp. flour
fresh ground black pepper
2 c. warm milk
finely chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Combine zucchini, water, 3/4 teaspoon salt, sugar and basil in saucepan.
Bring to boil; cover and simmer until tender, about 15 minutes.
Puree zucchini and liquid in a blender.
Set aside.
