Turkey Hot Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 green pepper
    1 can mushrooms
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 can water chestnuts, chopped
    1 box wild rice mix
    3 chicken bouillon cubes
    3 to 4 c. turkey, cooked and chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Saute onion and green pepper in butter.
    Cook rice in 2 1/2 cups water and bouillon cubes.
    Simmer for about 25 minutes.
    Mix rice, onion, pepper, mushrooms, water chestnuts and turkey in a casserole.
    Stir in mushroom soup.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
