Orange And Rum Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large oranges
    1/3 c. maple syrup
    1/4 c. rum
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. toasted walnuts
Preparation
    Peel oranges and cut up into small pieces.
    Put into a mixing bowl and add syrup, rum and cinnamon, tossing gently.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight or in a few hours until flavor penetrates the oranges well.
    Put into pretty salad bowls and add toasted walnuts.
    Remember to toast walnuts; this gives it a very good crunchy texture.
