Lemon Sponge Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    butter (size of walnut)
    2 egg yolks
    1 lemon
    1 c. milk
    2 egg whites
Preparation
    Cream together sugar, flour and softened butter until smooth. Add 2 slightly beaten egg yolks, juice of lemon and milk.
    Fold in beaten thick egg whites and then pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 8 minutes and at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
