Cottage Cheese Pakoras - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. cottage cheese
    1 c. graham flour
    salt to taste
    1/2 tsp. red pepper powder
    oil for deep frying
    water to make a batter of coating consistency
Preparation
    Sift graham flour; add water to make a batter of coating consistency.
    Beat the batter until it floats in the water; add seasonings.
    Cut the cottage cheese into small pieces size 1 1/2 x 3/4-inch and sprinkle seasonings on it.
    Coat the cheese pieces with batter and deep-fry to golden brown.
