3 lb. stew beef
2 Tbsp. bacon drippings
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 onions, chopped
1/4 c. vinegar
3 Tbsp. mustard
1 tsp. salt
2 c. beef broth
1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
Preparation

Cook stew beef in crock-pot at 200\u00b0 for 24 hours. Pull off fat and tear apart with fingers. Mix together bacon drippings, brown sugar, butter, Worcestershire sauce, catsup, black pepper, onions, vinegar, mustard, salt, beef broth and liquid smoke. Cook together until onions are done, then add meat and simmer 1 hour.
