Blintz Souffle For 6 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 blintzes
    1/4 lb. melted butter
    6 eggs
    2 c. sour cream
    2 tsp. vanilla
    4 Tbsp. orange juice
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Lay butter in bottom of dish.
    Lay blintzes (frozen) on top of butter. Beat other ingredients together and pour in casserole over blintzes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
