Ingredients

2 sticks margarine
1 c. sugar
1 egg, separated
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. nuts
Preparation

Cream margarine, sugar and egg yolk; beat well.
Add flour and cinnamon; mix well.
Beat egg white until foamy; spread batter thin on cookie sheet.
Brush egg white on top; sprinkle with chopped nuts.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
When done, remove from cookie sheet at once.
