Fresh Peach Fried Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3/4 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
    3/4 c. water
    3 fresh peaches, peeled and diced fine
    1/4 tsp. almond flavoring (optional)
    2 cans dairy case canned biscuits
    vegetable cooking oil
Preparation
    Mix cornstarch, sugar, salt and water in a small saucepan until thoroughly dissolved.
    Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thick and clear.
    Add diced peaches and flavoring and set aside while preparing pastry.
