Pumpkin Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. water
    2 c. pumpkin (canned)
    3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 1/3 c. flour
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Put into 4 one pound coffee cans or 2 loaf pans. Fill half full.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Let stand 10 minutes, then dump out.
