Chicken Livers And Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chicken livers
    1 sliced onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/4 c. dry red wine
    1 c. water or chicken stock
Preparation
    Simmer chicken livers in the water/stock until done.
    Add onion, mushrooms, salt, pepper and wine.
    Simmer for five (5) minutes.
    You may thicken with a little cornstarch if so desired. Serves 4.
