Mam-Ma'S Apple Butter(Mountain Style) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 qt. or 16 cans (16 oz. size) for fresh apples, prepare and grind into applesauce
    16 c. sugar (more for tart fresh apples)
    6 boxes Sure-Jell
    16 tsp. cinnamon (16 to a small box)
Preparation
    You will need a large 16-quart metal dish pan, 18 pint cans and lids (washed and heated), large stirring spoon, ladle, funnel and medium spoon.
    Move oven rack on bottom (second notch).
    Heat oven to 500\u00b0.
