Spiced Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. shredded zucchini
    1/3 c. water
    1 1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
    1/3 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream shortening at medium speed of an electric mixer; gradually add the sugar, beating well.
    Add the eggs, zucchini and water; mix thoroughly.
    Combine flour, soda, baking powder, salt and spices; add to creamed mixture, stirring well.
    Stir in pecans.
    Spoon batter into a 8 x 4 x 2-inch loaf pan greased only on bottom.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
    Cool in pan 10 minutes; remove from pan and let cool completely.
