Green Rice(From Stephenson'S Apple Orchard Restaurant) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked rice
1 c. chopped parsley
1/2 c. grated Cheddar
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 garlic clove, minced
14 1/2 oz. can evaporated milk
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 Tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. Accent
juice of 1 lemon
Preparation

Mix rice, parsley, cheese, onion, green pepper and garlic in greased 2-quart casserole.
Blend rest of ingredients.
Mix into rice.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 45 minutes or until like a soft custard.
