Mississippi Mud Cake - cooking recipe

2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
2 Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts
1 jar Marshmallow Creme (2 c. size)
2 sticks margarine, softened
1 box powdered sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Blend margarine with sugar, cocoa, milk and vanilla. Mix in nuts. Spread on cake.
