Spicy Skillet Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 fryer, cut up and skinned
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 (14 oz.) cans chopped tomatoes
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 c. thinly sliced celery
    1 c. long grain rice
    1/2 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Combine flour and salt in plastic bag.
    Add chicken and shake to coat well.
    In large skillet, brown chicken in oil; continue cooking, uncovered, over low heat 15 minutes.
    Add other ingredients; blend well.
    Bring to a boil, reduce heat to simmer and cook for 20 to 25 minutes (until liquid is absorbed).
    May sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and/or parsley before serving.
