Cheese Spinach Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. oleo, melted
    3 Tbsp. flour
    4 c. beef bouillon
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
    salt and pepper to taste
    paprika or nutmeg to taste
Preparation
    Blend oleo and flour in large saucepan.
    Cook until bubbly, stirring constantly.
    Add beef bouillon; mix well.
    Cook until thick, stirring constantly.
    Mix in cheese.
    Cook until cheese is melted, stirring constantly.
    Add spinach and seasonings; mix well.
    Heat to serving temperature.
