Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oleo, melted
    1 (2 lb.) large pkg. cubed hash brown potatoes, thawed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    10 oz. Longhorn-Cheddar or Velveeta cheese, shredded
    8 oz. bag potato chips
Preparation
    Mix hash browns, salt, pepper, onion, soup, sour cream, cheese and butter together.
    Put into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan or dish. Top with crushed potato chips.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
