Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    4 egg yolks
    3 3/4 Tbsp. hot water
    1 1/2 c. grated carrots
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    4 egg whites, beaten
Preparation
    Sift sugar,
    add oil; beat.
    Add beaten egg yolks, then hot water;
    mix well.
    Add carrots, then dry ingredients.
    Add nuts; fold in
    egg
    whites.
    Bake
    at
    375\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until done in greased and floured tube pan.
