Sausage Egg Brunch(Great For Holidays) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. Swift Premium Brown 'N Serve sausage, cut in thirds
5 slices bread, cut up
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
5 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation

Place bread pieces in the bottom of a buttered 1 1/2-quart shallow baking dish.
Place sausage on top of bread and sprinkle with cheese.
Combine eggs, milk and dry mustard.
Pour evenly over cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake, uncovered, in a 350\u00b0 oven for 50 to 55 minutes.
Serves 4.
Can easily be doubled.
