Christmas Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
6 oz. grated sharp cheese
1 Tbsp. finely chopped pimento
1 Tbsp. finely chopped green pepper
1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. red pepper
dash of pepper
dash of Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Get two cheeses at room temperature.
Mix all ingredients together and shape into ball or log.
Roll in chopped pecans (wax paper) and refrigerate 24 hours before serving.
