Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 doz. eggs
    1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    5 c. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. diced ham
Preparation
    Combine eggs, milk, cheese, salt and pepper; mix well.
    Add potatoes, onion, pepper (green) and ham.
    Pour mixture into greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 65 minutes or until set.
