Alphabet Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. alphabet macaroni
1 small can Mandarin oranges
1 small can pineapple tidbits
1 c. white sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. flour
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 qt. Cool Whip

Preparation

Cook macaroni and drain.
Drain fruit.
Keep juice and put in saucepan.
Add white sugar, salt and flour to juice.
Mix and when it starts to thicken, add eggs and cook longer.
Add vanilla.
Mix fruit sauce with macaroni and let stand in refrigerator all night. Before serving, add fruit and Cool Whip.
