Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. water
    cayenne pepper to taste
    1/2 c. celery, chopped (optional)
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 c. ketchup
    1/2 tsp. mustard
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Brown onion in oil; add remaining ingredients.
    Simmer for 30 minutes. Makes 2 cups.
    Can be used over chicken, pork chops or deer meat.
