Fudge Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. baking cocoa
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2/3 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs. lightly beaten
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation

In a mixing bowl, combine the first six ingredients.
In another bowl, combine oil, eggs and vanilla; add to dry ingredients.
Do not overmix.
Spread in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
Sprinkle with nuts if desired.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Yield:
about 2 dozen.
