Jiffy Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can cream-style corn
1 can mushroom soup
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and chiles
1 c. grated cheese
Preparation

First day, sprinkle brisket with meat tenderizer; rub in well. Place the brisket on heavy foil and put 4 tablespoons of liquid smoke on brisket; rub in.
Refrigerate overnight.
