Cajun Chicken Pasta - cooking recipe

6 oz. uncooked pasta
1/4 stick margarine
1 Tbsp. Cajun Magic Poultry Magic (Prudhomme's)
3/4 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into pieces
3 c. sliced mushrooms (8 oz.)
1/4 c. minced green onions
3 Tbsp. minced parsley
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 1/2 c. water
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Cook pasta according to package directions to al dente stage. Saute chicken in margarine until browned.
Remove from skillet. Saute mushrooms, green onions, garlic and parsley.
Mix water and cornstarch.
Add to vegetable mixture.
Cook and stir until thickened slightly.
Stir in chicken and pasta.
Simmer a few minutes.
Correct seasoning by adding more Cajun Magic if you want it hotter or salt it if it needs more flavor, but you don't want it too hot.
