Hot Chicken Or Turkey Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 diced cooked chicken or turkey
    1 Tbsp. chicken broth
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1/2 c. chopped or slivered almonds
    1 1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. mayonnaise (this can be cut by as much as 1/2, depending on personal taste)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    potato chips, crushed
    1 to 2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a baking dish except the potato chips and cheese, then top with the crushed chips (approximately 8 ounces) and the cheese.
    Bake for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0. Serve hot.
