Plum Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 jars plum baby food
Preparation

Sift flour, salt, cloves and cinnamon together.
Combine oil, sugar and eggs.
Beat until blended.
Beat in plums.
Add flour mixture and mix well.
Fold in nuts.
Turn batter into greased and floured tube or Bundt pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
